I'm seeing this on their website, presented as evidence that tubed clincher is not always slower than tubeless. At 100-102 psi, rolling resistance:

Grand Prix 5000 25 clincher with latex tube: 8.9 watts


Grand Prix 5000 25 TR with sealant: 9.2 Watts
