expect the corporate lawyers from camelbak and dakine and osprey (and whomever) to come calling if you insist on using ‘camelbak’ indiscriminately !

ice cubes should not be a problem - recall some guys stored their camelbak bladder in the freezer between rides (to avoid nasty bacteria / frequent cleaning)

I would avoid flavored drinks and drinks with sugar etc in the bladder … stick to water only
