we had someone come back before the 4 o'clock showing and we might get an offer. The house is their #1 choice but they're looking at #2 again tomorrow then making a decision. The people at 4 are interested and also might make an offer but they aren't in a position to win a bidding war since this is at their maximum amount to borrow.
Roscoe was a champ today and very well behaved. He took a lot of walks which his favorite activity.
In between one of the showings I pulled some weeds on the hill and the house is looking great. I'm beat.
