I clicked on the ad. It says 58cm. At first glance the head tube appears bigger than that.
That Schwinn Circuit is probably from Schwinn's 1995 lineup, same as my Peloton. Same aluminum fork, etc.
About the sizing: when I received the Peloton (having ordered it in 56 cm at a substantial employee discount), I discovered that it measured 56 center to center, not center to top. I called Schwinn and spoke to a rep, who denied that the size was measured c-to-c and stated flatly that all their bikes were measured center to top.
I told him to look in the then-current catalog, which specified that the measurement was c to c.
He put me on hold and then got back on the phone and apologized. He sent out a 54 for me and arranged to have our local rep pick up the 56.
So that Circuit is likely 58 c to c, which might explain why it looks so big.
