Zwift has a pretty good variety of workouts posted, including several programs tailored to various goals, and the ability to make your own. I did most of an FTP-improving series this fall and winter, which actually improved my FTP (as measured on the trainer). Lately, have been working through the Etape du Tour prep series because they're mostly doable and about one hour, which is my limit after 10 min to warm up and calibrate, etc. One caution is that most of the programs are designed for consecutive days with no real miles, so if you're riding outside and racking up stress that way, you may not be able to bang out the next workout on the following day.
