I'm facing being evacuated from E-Asia back to DC, where I'll be locked in a 2 bedroom hotel room for 2 weeks minimum with a very nice lady in the third trimester of her third pregnancy (in 4 yrs) along with a 1 yrd old with a broken leg (has to be carried everywhere and is miserable b/c of it) and a typically rambunctious 3 1/2 yr old who has just learned how to ask 'why?!' with every breath. Both boys of course. And oh yea, they're both used to having a 1 acre yard with a 10ft wall around it, in a gated walking/bike path neighborhood with more than 10 (yes 10) separate playgrounds, 300 other kids, and a full size grocery store 5 minutes away. The new hotel room will have zero of those things to keep them occupied.

And my office is going to produce busy work to make sure I'm gainfully employed. Yes - I want to commute!
