For what it's worth, I don't think that is much of an upgrade. Assuming you have Oval cranks with m30 Praxis rings then the weight is maybe 40-50 gram saving. Praxis rings are great and will be as stiff and shift as well as Shimano. So the "upgrade" to R7000 would be mostly aesthetic unless you are also changing chain ring sizes .
