I put in an 80 mile ride on Saturday, but only 1,100 feet of climb. Took an hour to get in the groove, stopped for a smoothie then had a great run for the last hour and a half at 20mph.
Sunday I was going to do a 55 mile ride but reconsidered and did 27 miles instead at a harder pace, then got home and ate waffles/bbq for Father's day
Went for a great walk to a park.
