Yes you can.
Click on the "go advanced" post button and add the image you want as an attachment. After you have made your post click the attachment until it is displaying in its own window. Copy that url and edit your original post. Wrap the url you copied in image tags* and it will show up full size. You will however still see the small versions at the bottom of the post.
* Click "reply with quote" on this post to see correct format for image tags.
To add to this, you can remove the smaller versions when you edit your post by removing them as attachments in the advanced uploader. Just click the little x's at the top right hand corner. Thanks for the info., Allen. I hate using 3rd party uploaders!
