Perfect. I'm a retrogrouch when it comes to that. The trainer, no matter how long you're on it, serves one purpose, and that's to train. It's perfect in the cold garage, with the fan on me, and radiant heat on my feet. The fun comes when you let the tension off the back tire, and call it a session.
