Raced cross on Saturday and took my best cross placing of 6th in the 50+. Went out today for a hard 2 hr MTB ride in the Hood River area and had a blast. However, now my elbow hurts like I have tennis elbow or something. A bit of ibuprofen and ice tonight and hopefully it will feel fine to race CX tomorrow.
