It was a bike filled morning. Did 60mins VO2, which was 6x2.5mins @ 118%, which was rated at 5.5 as a Trainerroad vo2 workout, so it's nice to use the progression scale to gradually increase the challenge of these without overreaching. Added 60mins Z2 afterwards and then got out for 60mins with my son for the first time in a while since it's above 55 for the first time, finally.
