lots of bike time, yesterday was 90min endurance then 2hrs on bike path with kid (6 TSS lol), today was a workout called Broken Finger +1, it's a bit of a hodgepodge of stuff, but essentially 3x14min with 2min 112%, 2.5min 104%, 3min 95% then back up to 112, this was followed by some 4min intervals with a vo2 power 1min start and then threshold for remainder. With no CX races for 2020 (probably) I can at least tell myself I would have been in fabulous shape for it lol
