I suspect OP is looking for something like
randonneur bars except looking for forward, rather than upward, sweep. 80 mm is about two inches too much, and I don't know of anyone who makes a forward sweep bar like that, anyway.
(And of course that leaves the question of why someone wouldn't build a bike with an inch longer head tube in the first place.)
