Cheap Chinese Bike Quarantine Build

Hello, I'm new to this forum and just happen to be building my own bike during quarantine. So far I have gotten all the parts for my build except for the wheels. I was measuring and pre-fitting parts and noticed the press-in BB doesn't have L/R, arrows, dots, notches or markings of any kind indicating the drive side. As far as I can tell, both bearings are exactly the same. Only thing different is the inner sleeve which has a flange on one end and straight on the other with o-rings on both ends. Would it be safe to assume the end with the flange is the drive side? Thanks in advance and be fore warned as this is just the first of many questions to come. Keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up! Later...
