I’m looking to drop 20 pounds
In the past I could eat and drink anything I still drop weight by riding, not so much today. My question is how many calories a day do you all eat? I’m 50 but I sure don’t feel like it
I realize calorie intake varies from activity level. My basic ride is 2 1/2 to 3 hours this time of year. For the first time I’m going to take the diet part of training seriously so some guidance will be welcomed.
