They were really impressed by my inflexibility. I guess they had never seen rigor mortis in a living person before.

After the weights, I decided to get on one of the stationary bikes. They have screens with a Zwift-like interface. There was a woman on a recumbent-style one nearby who was ... knitting. I decided to drop the hammer. Now I can barely walk.

This made my day.
