My firewall is enterprise-oriented and doesn't have any free DDNS providers built-in. It's hard-coded to use dyn.com only. My "router" is in bridge mode, with my external IP applied to the firewall.

Yes, that's why and how I used Dyn for years -- agent running on a workstation in the LAN. I guess I should do a little research on free DDNS providers -- I owe it to my adoring public.
