I love to run, it’s my preferred activity, but I’m not anywhere nearly as consistent about it as I am cycling. Mostly it’s because of the amount of pain I get in my right hip.
I did intervals Monday and held at ~7 minutes but only made it 2 miles before I gave up.
See, I was jogging out a couple of painful and awkward 9:15s. And I’ve done much better than that in all buy my first halfs... half-freaking-Ironmans.
