You don't understand.
I feel as if I need to take a huge dump, and have felt that way more-or-less continuously for several days.
And, yes, I have produced significant bowel movements in those days.
And before anyone goes all crazy diagnosing: DON'T.
I'm confident that by the time I complete the 300, I won't have that feeling any more.
