Other than when I was a kid, about 7 years

I love rail-trails, but not general multi use trails and I will ride all day on my days off.


6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Usually once or twice a week. A good year is about 1000 miles for me.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Gosh no, I'm on my feet and on the move all day long at work. I do a lot of lifting with my job too.
