Such as Brooks , for their C series 19 is the one for that posture , 17 & 15 if leaning over more 30 or less than 45, ..

My build idea is roughly;

One Trek 520 or Miyata 610 frame, 24” or 23” respectively
700 wheels with fat tires and fenders (If Canti’s reach...)
short stem, and swept back bars for “tea sipping posture”
used sprung Brooks from the Bay of E
IGH in eather 3 or 5 speed flavor
portour front basket for 12 packs/groceries
some kind of lovely vintage chain guard

THEN I’ll ride around in a derby hat and with a cigar disregarding the constabulary and frightening flocks of geese on the Lakeshore MUP.
