Ramped up from ~2000 miles a year to ~8500 last year and over 5000 so far in 2019.

I've also figured out nutrition and seldom drink.

As a junior I was focused on not gaining any weight which meant basically eating zero carbs. A quick google search could have helped that. Funny how much faster I am if I eat a pizza the night before a race rather than chicken and salad.
