I planned on 4 hours with 60 minutes z4.
Instead I did 5.5 hours with 60 minutes z4.
285 TSS hurts on 30 CTL lol. Went 85 TSS over target. Hopefully a rest day and hella sleep is enough.
Oh and yesterday did 5 sets of 175x10 bench press. My bench has officially caught up with my squat. Whoever said cycling uses the glutes was a liar.
