I had an adjustable stem on my bike so I could be sure of what I wanted as far as rise, and decided I was good with a Race Face Cadence stem which I got on sale for about $7. Nice light stem, and even though my bike is heavy because of the amount of stuff attached to it, I like to keep it from being heavier than it needs to be. I am slightly different somehow, either bar angle or slight difference in height, but I actually like it better now.
I love it when I get a bike dialed in.
