I just apply my Serfas floor pump to it for a few minutes and its back up. There’s no reason a bicycle pump can’t pump up car tires. Never understood that attitude. Just do it.
One of our car tires was having a similar issue until I had a 'd'oh!' moment and tried tightening the valve stem core, which fixed the issue.
