The only time I went to a spinning class, the music was loud, the instructor screamed supposedly encouraging us, and I envied cyclists I saw riding on the street through the windows. But the best part was when the instructor told us to reach for our bottles, so we could practice and do it when actually riding. A woman said it was very difficult, she had tried it a couple of times while riding and nearly went off the road!
