I tried a 122.5 (68) 137x24. It was very close the crank bolts hit the frame on rotation. Hard fail right away. So I measured original spindle to get the exact size at 124.5.

VP is the only company i could find and still no response.

Loose bearings are no big deal. Typically 22 - 1/4" Gr 25 balls you can either order online or stop at any W&S, Ben's, Emery's or really any MKE bike shop to obtain. https://www.sheldonbrown.com/tooltips/bbadj.html
