A Noise, Vibration and Harshness expert is worth their weight in gold. Many people don't understand how hard that is. I have a set of chassis ears, and setting them up takes time. People still don't get the fact that time is money, and it should be easy... Vetronix actually makes/made a tool that analyzes the noise, or vibration, and can help pinpoint it.

The transmission man where I worked was good with that thing. He was good with everything he tried, actually. Only about 35 now, he gives me hope for the future of our business. A few years ago he quit because of the manager and we figured it cost the dealer at least $200k because he was gone for a year and came back when the manager was replaced.
I wonder if they could develop a noise analyzer for bikes. Yesterday my friend's BMC was creaking something awful. Sounded like the BB to me.
