Didn't get to ride yesterday but went for a 12 mile hike up at Tomales Point with my wife. The mile or so at the end of the point is unmaintained and was pretty overgrown, and I got terrible allergies. Woke up in pain in the middle of the night, and slept almost 10 hours.
Felt ok today. Rode to the cycle track and did 2 hours at ~89%, just to get as much steady TSS in as little time as possible. My lower back, neck, and even feet aren't accustomed to this.
