If you've got a good bike shop, you can take the frame in there and ask. A shop I used to use, took my frame, dug through their supply of BBs, tried one, didn't like it, tried another, fitted perfectly, charged me the price of the BB only. Mind you, it was a shop that knew me because I bought all my bits there and I was smart enough to go in when business was quiet.
