There are lots and lots of pointless queries that don’t need to be explored and there are lots of people who insist on exploring them. If you want to pursue them for your own edification, feel free. But don’t expect to get much useful information from testing the tension on the remaining spokes of a broken wheel. The tension on the remaining spokes aren’t the same as they were before the wheel broke and the tension on the broken part of the wheel won’t tell you anything that you can use later. It’s broken. The tension is zero. ‘Nuf said.
