After that months long stall, I am pleased to say I'm down another pound. 258. 120 pounds lost from my heaviest. 98 since surgery.

My continued PSA about Shingles. Get the vaccine if you had Chocken Pox as a kid. I'm 17 or so days into this. Healing. But itchy skin now. The deep tissue and joint pain is mostly gone now.

I got a few miles on the bike, but had issues. Rash in the crotch was ok but there. My big issue was my rear brake isn't stopping me. On my 29er, Avid BB5 disc brake, 6 month or less pads. Since my area of town is all hills, I had to call it quits...

I'm having a tough time NOT finishing my CAAD8. Knowing it is under 18 pounds is certainly bugging me...
