This was a parts buy, after inspection it is a 1977 Raliegh Team Issue Reynolds 753. Spray bombed rattle can blue, complete with orange peal and paint run finish. I think some rattle can red will bein my future. I took the fork out and there is red and black overspray on the steer tube.
