Doesn't really matter if you paid a little more than necessary if you're going to keep it. It's a beautiful bike. Love the gold paint. The only thing I would do is move the rear brake cable to the nds, both at the front and rear. It usually goes outside the front brake cable so it doesn't wear on the head tube and rub paint over time.
