~9.5 for me last week - mainly due to a reduced weekend. I had planned on 5 and 1.5 hrs on Sat and Sun, but ended up with 4 and 0. Not stressing it.
On Saturday I freaking smashed - was at a gentle 180w at my turnaround point (Oceanside), then 205w AP by the time I got home - just hammering down the coast (body weight at 145). It was fun! Felt pretty wrecked after, like I did 6+. On Sunday I was more interested in doing house chores with the lady than riding - we cleaned/re-organized both of our outdoor patios (corner unit), one is for storage and the other for gardening. Also we totally cleaned the guest/bike room, pulling everything out, cleaning and re-arranging as I get ready to configure it for indoor training with my Saris H3 (still in box). I bought a new PC and have a number of other accessories arriving throughout the week so that I can set everything up next weekend. Fun!
