I meant that I don't empty my bags, but I also don't always replace stuff that I use.
I suffered from heartburn on PBP in 2011, and then much later when I finally cleaned out my bags I realized I had carried a roll of tums across France and back. I am not sure how effective it would have been, but it would have been worth a try. I put them in there because people say it is an effective way to treat cramps. Never tried it, so I'm not sure.
