I have no idea how they require doctors under even more stress to do this (and more) regularly and not make mistakes. I stared at the wrong spreadsheet for 30 seconds before I realized it was not even remotely similar to what I was looking for.
I've had a couple days when I had to put a 24 on my timesheet. The worst part for me was being wrecked for the rest of the week.
