Back in the late 70's and early 80's I worked at a shop that had an old milling machine with a dividing head and all the tooling. The boss figured out I had gotten good at using the thing and became the guy who sat there drilling and countersinking for hours on end. I had a Motobecane Grand Jubile that I had gone nuts on, I drilled something like 6.8 lbs off that thing.
I own that milling machine now, its been sitting in a storage trailer for about 18 years since the owner passed away. I keep telling myself I'm going to take the thing apart and haul it down my basement and make use of it again but so far I haven't found any volunteers to help carry the big castings down the steps.
