Jan 3rd - 1.5 hrs Trainer
Jan 5th - 1.5 hrs Trainer
Jan 6th - 1 hr Trainer
Jan 8th - 1 hr Trainer
Jan 9th - 1.25 hr Trainer
Jan 10th - 1.5 hr Trainer
My cycling “season” starts November (and that’s also when I focus on weight goals too) and I was down 9lbs from the first of November until mid December. But I gained back 6lbs over the holiday with a serious case of the blues.
Finally headed in the other direction after a couple weeks of focus, back down to where I was at the start of December. Frustrating to feel like you’re trying hard and to lose so slowly and a bad 10 days sets you back a month!
