Yep. That's when I'm happy to hang around and wait for the law. "This is what I saw......" At the very least, I'll give them my card, and let them know I'm willing to testify. That's happened more often than I'm actually comfortable with, to be honest. It seems I witness my fair share. I have a pretty good opening line, when the insurer calls on the fool at fault. "I can't believe you insure that guy. As bad as he drives, I know he didn't start out as a good driver."
