Whatever works. But what you're doing is essentially just making something up as you go along so you're not doing the same thing the whole time. You could call it a fartlek-style workout if you wanted, but it has nothing to do with any type of actual training regiment; polarized or periodized.

And to be honest, it really doesn't matter a bit. Do what you enjoy. Enjoy the process, enjoy the resulting fitness.
