Today I was with my grandsons in the park. They were riding their balance bikes around on the basketball court. The three year old just learned to glide. So he gets the bike rolling, picks up his feet, glides along, head down looking at the ground go by, in this wide slow arc, going slower and slower he unconsciously tightens the arc for balance. I'm thinking to myself, kid, you just found something joyful.
