I did the BG Fit last night. Very thorough fitting session that took about 2 hours. I can tell that the adjustments made will make long rides more comfortable. Man, has my position been off for the last 7 years. Cleat placement, saddle height, saddle fore/aft position, and handlebars all got shifted around in fairly considerable ways.

I gotta thank Psimet for encouraging me to finally get the fit done.
Yeah I have an appointment at Lucky Brake for Feb 5th for a fitting. I hope she'll make some major changes.
