Wife managed to get 12/24-1/5 off and so my usual routine has been thrown out of whack because of it. I haven't been walking and I could feel a slight difference in my energy level as a result. So I made a point to go walk through the neighborhood before the family woke up. It was only 1.8 miles, but it did lift my spirits up a wee bit
