^^^^^^ Gotta love how a nice bright blinky LED like a NiteRider lights up the reflective signs for, what, 2-3 blocks. People know "something" is coming well before you get there.

Looked for a gofundme page for your new saddle, but couldn't find one. Poor bus driver had to divert his eyes....

So the freehub acted up again on Friday, aprx. -5F. Tried a brand new freehub, this one has a "click" to it that's much more definitive / discernable, and it just "feels" like it engages more emphatically. Saturday Farmers Market trip was aprx +10F, and it ran fine.

Aprx 30F, stiff wind and blowing snow this morning. Running late, I shaved off the last 6 or so blocks (avoiding a probably stiff wind off the lake) by hopping on a bus that happened to be at a crossing where I was stopped. Govt. offices don't observe Presidents' Day, so the bus was SRO.

Snowfall's been steady all day now, although "fall" is something of a stretch. With the wind, it's "falling" at about a 60-degree angle to the vertical.
