I've been looking at the R240 and have had trouble with their web site. With that being said I sent them an email with some questions and it took lynskey 4 days to get back with me and none of my questions were answered. Lynskey is scratched off of my list for a new Ti bike
Replying to email is such a simple customer service thing, and yet so many companies get it wrong. Kind of sad.
