All of their air? How the hell could he think that this is normal? It does sometimes take a day or two for the sealant to find and seal all of the little leaks, but losing all pressure overnight is... wow. Bad.

Losing all the air is not normal. I suspect the valve is over-tightened onto the rim, or the valve internals aren't sealing.
