As I said in my original first reply, just start watching what you eat and eat very healthy. Your body will take care of the rest. People have learned very bad eating habits and it's not that hard to change your mindset to eat right. With the right fuel your body will find a natural balance. I really don't see the need for a doctors visit, your on the right track already. THAT IS MY OPINION ONLY... get medical advice right away
