Sorry for not replying...I could not find the name of the polish but luckily my 23year old daughter is home and informed me that the names of nail polishes is always on the bottom of the bottle...
for those that were asking the color is called "Endless Blue" #1053....Sinful Colors is the brand and the spray color is in the first post of the thread.
Blended perfectly on my GIOS TORINO.

PS when using the nail position the bike so that the chip is horizontal to the ground so that the paint will flow into the chip and not make a "glob" flowing vertically..I think you know what I mean. and when spraying cut a hole in heavy paper and position over the area to be covered and paint spray though the aperture...makes blending easies with no heavy line left behind.
